Delivery and Refund Policy
We offer delivery services managed by an external delivery service provider (LalaMove, Grab or MrSpeedy) to Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (within 50km from our location). Delivery fee varies from RM5 - RM50 depending on the distance between your address to our location.
Self pick-up (FOC) is also available. For self pick-up and requested delivery services, please refer to the time slots below. Customers are required to state their preferred time slot upon checkout. We apologise in advance if we are unable to deliver at a specific time due to traffic reasons and unforeseen circumstances.

The delivery fee will be calculated and shown upon check out. Free delivery is available when you spend above RM300 in a single receipt.
If you wish to deliver to different areas at different times, you would need to place the orders separately on our website as we arrange our deliveries separately according to the distance between the recipient’s address and our location. Each delivery must be completed within 1.5hours by car.
For multi-level residences, buildings and shopping malls, please ensure that a person is available to receive the order at the main entrance. We do not provide door-to-door service high rise buildings as our driver usually has more than 1 destination to deliver to
An additional fee will be charged for re-delivery if the receiver is not present at the time of delivery. The fee will be calculated based on the return trip from our location to the delivery address
If you wish to change your delivery address/date/time, please contact us via Whatsapp immediately. Any amendments must be done at least 2 days before delivery date
Once the cake has been delivered and signed for, Bake Me Happy will not accept any liability for any damages to the order or for any failure to follow the instructions provided
If you choose to self pick-up, we will not be held liable for any damages to the orders once it has left our premises
All our products are non-returnable items. We do not accept any returns once the item has left our premises. We do not provide refunds for any orders made wrongly. Please check your order carefully before checking out.
Cancellation & Amendment
To cancel/amend your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before your delivery time at email@example.com or via Whatsapp. If your request is accepted, we’ll create the refund via credit voucher. There is no expiry date for the credit voucher and you can apply the voucher on your next purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
